Becca is the stage name of Rebecca Akosua Acheampomaa Acheampong, a singer, composer, and actor from Ghana. She was born on August 15, 1984. She first rose to prominence as a contestant on Mentor, TV3’s yearly singing competition. After releasing her first studio album in 2007, Sugar, she was nominated for five Ghana Music Awards in 2008.
