Barbara Oteng Gyasi, a former member of parliament for the Prestea Huni-Valley seat in Ghana’s Western Region, was born on October 5, 1964. She was Ghana’s deputy minister for lands and natural resources and the previous minister of tourism, culture, and the arts.
