Anthony Yeboah (born June 6, 1966) is a Ghanaian striker who played professionally for several years. He is regarded as one of Ghana’s and Africa’s most popular and prolific goal scorers, with a reputation for scoring stunning goals that frequently appeared in Goal of the Month or Goal of the Season contests, which he celebrated by wiggling his index finger towards the crowd. During the 1990s, Yeboah played for European clubs FC Saarbrücken, Eintracht Frankfurt, Leeds United, and Hamburger SV. Asante Kotoko, Cornerstones Kumasi, Okwawu United, and Al-Ittihad Doha were among his previous clubs. Ghana gave him 59 caps, and he scored 29 goals.
