Hartford Montessori of Amasaman a suburb of Accra organized a colorful Traditional Day Celebration on Friday, November 5, 2021.
The staff provided a variety of Ghanaian dishes to showcase the rich culture of Ghana. The teachers and the pupils wore outfits from their region of origin and ate dishes of their choice.
Mrs. Francesca Acheampong, the proprietress of Hartford Montessori noted that the school was established in 2016 to provide an excellent education for children in the Amasaman and Pokuase catchment areas.
She added that the school also provides education in an environment of discipline and high moral and ethical standards, as demonstrated in the school’s motto of “excellence through learning and hard work”.
She emphasized that Hartford Montessori School accepts children for creche, preschool, and primary school.
The school is in a serene atmosphere with security cameras in the classrooms and around the compound for the safety of staff, pupils and visitors.
The headteacher, Mr. James Enchill added, Hartford Montessori school consults with UCMAS Ghana Limited, a professional organization dedicated to offering education through the Universal Concept of Mental Arithmetic.
Hartford Montessori is behind Gym City near the proposed Amasaman Stadium.
